WFTL Broadcasting Co. v. Newman

Involved here were personal injury and property damage claims arising out of an automobile collision occurring at an intersection when the Newman vehicle made a left turn in front of the oncoming WFTL vehicle. Mr. and Mrs. Newman, the sole occupants of their jointly owned vehicle, sustained personal injury and property damage.
