DORE, Judge.

This is a suit under the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Act No. 20 of 1914), wherein plaintiff alleges that he was totally and permanently disabled, on the night of August 24, 1938, when he slipped and fell on a pile of timbers while performing his duties as an employee of the defendant company. He avers that his wages at the time of injury were $24 per week, and that he is therefore entitled to compensation at the rate of $15.60 per week from August 24, 1938, for a period not to exceed 400 weeks, plus an allowance of $250 for medical expense incurred and to he incurred, plus…
