RIDGELY, Justice:
DefendanL-Below/Appellant, Brianna Gallman, appeals from her Superior Court jury convictions for carrying a concealed deadly weapon (“CCDW”) and possession of a destructive weapon (“PDW’). Gall-man contends that the trial judge erred in instructing the jury on those crimes. We conclude that the trial judge did not err in instructing the jury on CCDW. But, because the trial judge failed to instruct the jury on the defendant’s intention, which is a required element of the constructive possession jury instruction when a defendant is charged with PDW, we must reverse that…
