THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on the Motion for Default Judgment [DE 50] filed by Plaintiff Olivia Saludes on October 19, 2007. Plaintiff Olivia Saludes and her son Omar Rodríguez Saludes filed this action against the República de Cuba, Fidel Castro Ruz, Raul Castro Ruz, Abe-lardo Colome Ibarra, Roberto T.
