The plaintiffs in this case are seeking to establish the right of their decedent, Dollie Bell, to all the property in the estates of Lizzie Richardson, deceased, and J. C. Richardson, deceased. All the defendants, except the administrators of the estates of Lizzie Richardson, deceased, and J. C. Richardson, deceased, and W. H. Flickinger, clerk of the district court of Cherokee county, Iowa, are heirs at law of said Lizzie Richardson or J. C. Richardson.
