—In an action to recover real estate brokerage commissions, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County (Charde, J.H.O.), dated March 5, 1992, which, after a nonjury trial, dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
