AMENDED OPINION
LECHNER, District Judge.
This is an admiralty case involving a dispute as to which marine underwriter is liable to pay the costs of removing the F.V. LIBERTY, a fishing boat which capsized and sank in the Manasquan Inlet. Plaintiff Zurich Insurance Company (“Zurich”) claims the costs of removing the vessel are covered under the “protection and indemnity” provisions of the insurance policy. Defendants, various syndicates at Lloyds of London, claim the costs of removal are covered under the “sue and labor” and/or salvage provisions of the insurance policy. Which provision covers…
