Plaintiff below instituted the present action to recover the sum. of $2,000 pursuant to the terms of a policy of insurance issued by defendant company upon the life of her daughter Margaret C. Connolly. Verdict and judgment were for plaintiff, from- which judgment and from denial of its motion for new trial, defedant, who had duly moved for directed verdict and later for judgment n. o. v., has now- appealed.

Respondent has moved in this court for the dismissal of the appeal. There is no merit in the motion, and it requires no discussion.
