Appeal from an order of the County Court of Clinton County (McGill, J.), entered February 2, 1993, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment.

On April 23, 1990, a felony information was filed charging defendant with the crime of hindering prosecution in the second degree and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The warrant, however, was not executed until March 17, 1991. Thereafter, on May 24, 1991, an indictment was filed against defendant and the People announced their readiness for trial on June 10, 1991.
