This is an application for a writ to prohibit the superior court of King county from trying an action brought by the Puget Sound Glass Company against one Peter Alladio. The action was commenced before a justice of the peace, and judgment ivas rendered for the defendant. Whereupon the plaintiff sought to appeal to the superior court aforesaid.
