OPINION AND ORDER

Presently before the Panel is a motion, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407, brought by defendant A.H. Robins Co., Ine., (Robins) to centralize the more than 1700 Daikon Shield actions listed on the following Schedule A 1 (including some actions that have been or are presently pending in MDL-211) in the Eastern District of Virginia for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings.
