Padova v. Ross

In a proceeding to enforce the visitation provisions of a divorce decree (proceeding No. 1), and a cross proceeding to modify those visitation provisions (proceeding No. 2), the husband appeals, (1) as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County (Facelle, J.), dated March 6, 1984, as required him to reimburse the County of *382Westchester for fees paid to assigned counsel for his former wife, and (2) as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the same court, entered July 10, 1984, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination.
