dissenting. 'For reasons hereinafter stated, I can not agTee with the opinion of the majority in this case. This case was tried upon a stipulation as to the facts. It was stipulated that Bagwell & Stewart, Inc., was a resident of Cherokee County, having its main office and legal residence in said county; that Leland H.
