— In an action, inter alla, to foreclose two mechanics’ liens, the defendants appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Gurahian, J.), entered September 29, 1987 as denied that branch of their motion which was to dismiss the first cause of action asserted in the complaint based upon a notice of lien dated August 6, 1985, and to discharge that lien, and granted that branch of the plaintiffs cross motion which was for leave to amend the notice of lien dated August 6, 1985, nunc pro tune as of its date, to correct the name of the lienor and the verification…
