*1103In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for unlawful eviction, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Martin, J.), dated April 26, 2010, which granted the motion of the defendants Spring Creek Gardens and Betty Perry for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
