SUMMARY ORDER
Pursuant to Anthony C. Howe, Sr.’s plea agreement, he was adjudicated guilty of receipt and possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2252A(a)(2)(A), (a)(5)(B), (b)(1), and (b)(2). He was sentenced principally to 180 months of imprisonment. Howe now appeals from the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence. On appeal, he asserts that: (1) there was no probable cause to seize his laptop computer without a warrant; and (2) the delay between the seizure of his laptop and the issuance of a federal warrant to search the laptop was unreasonable…
