HABHAB, Judge.

Defendant James Michael Green appeals from his conviction, following a jury trial, of first-degree murder. Defendant raises three issues on appeal: (1) whether the trial court abused its discretion by denying defendant’s motion for a change in venue; (2) whether the trial court erred in admitting evidence that defendant had assaulted and robbed a homosexual male approximately two months prior to the incidents involved herein; and (3) whether defendant received ineffective assistance of counsel as a result of his trial counsel’s failure to object to certain instructions.
