PRUDENCE B. ABRAM, Bankruptcy Judge:
On April 6, 1983, Bank of Commerce initiated this adversary proceeding seeking to have a debt of $14,516.53, together with interest and costs, declared to be nondis-chargeable under Bankruptcy Code § 523(a)(2)(B), 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B), as to Edward Ebbin. Mr. Ebbin interposed an answer and a trial was held before the court on July 8, 1983. The court has concluded on the basis of all of the evidence as set forth below in its findings of fact and conclusions of law that the debt is dis-chargeable and that its discharge is not barred by Bankruptcy Code §…
