*367Defendant is charged with 15 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree (Penal Law § 170.25), four counts of criminal possession of computer related material (Penal Law § 156.35), and three counts of criminal possession of forgery devices (Penal Law § 170.40 [2]). Defendant has filed an omnibus motion seeking dismissal or reduction of the charges and other relief.
