This is a highway accident case in which the propriety of several directed verdicts is the issue on this appeal. Suit was filed *652on behalf of a passenger who was killed and defendants cross-claimed for property damage. Appellees have moved to distn'iss the appeal (on different grounds as to different appellants') and these motions are now overruled.
