MEMORANDUM OPINION

SPORKIN, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on: (1) Defendants Henry G. Cisneros, Linda D. Medlar,1 Sylvia Arce-Garcia, and John Rosales’ motions for severance; (2) Defendant Cisneros’ motion for severance of counts 19-21 of the indictment, (3) Defendant Cisneros’ motion to dismiss the indictment for lack of prosecutorial authority; (4) Defendant Cisne-ros’ motion to disqualify certain United States counsel because they are fact witnesses; and (5) Defendant Cisneros’ motion for discovery.
