Trial in the above matter was set for January 20, 1989, but on January 9, 1989 defendants William Little and 2974 Properties, Inc. brought their motion for summary judgment. Fireman’s Fund Mortgage, Inc. has never filed an Answer. At the hearing it was agreed by plaintiff that the Court should determine whether judgment would be entered as to Fireman’s Fund after default.
