The plaintiff derives bis title to the land described and claimed in his complaint by virtue of a sale under execution against the defendant, Carter, made by the sheriff on the first Monday in May, 1879, that being a month in which is held a term of the'superior court of Dup-lin,.commencing on the third Monday thereof.
