COFFIN, Chief Judge.

In this proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 2255, the appellant challenges his convictions and sentences under a two-count indictment, charging him with bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), and assaulting or putting in jeopardy the lives of bank employees, by use of a dangerous weapon, while committing the robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113 (d). The district court, which had, after he pleaded guilty, imposed concurrent sentences of 15 years for each count, set aside the sentence under Count I, as required by Green v.
