FINDING AS TO APPLICATION TO AMEND INFORMAL PROOF OF CLAIM

On June 12, 1989, Bauer, Stark & Lash-brook, Inc., an unsecured creditor, filed an Application to Amend its Informal Proof of Claim pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 5005(b) and to substitute the document attached to said motion, being Exhibit A, as its claim.
