| iThe parties to this matter were formerly married and sought a judicial partition of community property. After a hearing, the trial court entered judgment which ultimately awarded the family home to the former wife and ordered an equalizing payment to the former husband. Both parties appeal. For the following reasons, we amend the judgment in part and affirm as amended; reverse in part; and remand for further proceedings.
