Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Prior, Jr., J.), entered April 22, 1985 in Rensselaer County, which granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

This personal injury action has its origin in a two-car collision which occurred in June 1979. Mary L. King (hereinafter plaintiff), a passenger, allegedly sustained injuries to her back, neck and head.
