This is an original proceeding in prohibition to prohibit the respondent as judge of the circuit court of Jackson County, Missouri, at Kansas City, from sustaining a motion in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis, thereby vacating a judgment which set aside the will of Conrad H. Mann in the case of Emma Mann v. Margaret V. NaPier et al. There was no motion for a new trial and no appeal was taken in that case, and it is relators’ .contention that respondent is without judicial power to set aside the judgment.
