Alabama Public Service Commission, hereinafter referred to as the “Commission,” appeals from a final decree of the Circuit Court of Covington County, Alabama, in Equity, setting aside and holding for naught an amended order of the Commission, dated May 24, 1967, wherein A-OK Motor Lines, Inc., A Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “A-OK,” was directed and required by an original order, dated March 16, 1967, to cease and desist, under Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 2656, from transporting traffic where A-OK’s service as to such traffic does…
