FULMER, Judge.

Sandra Lynn appeals the final judgment entered against her in an action arising out of an automobile accident. Lynn specifically challenges the trial court’s denial of her motion to reduce the judgment which she filed pursuant to section 324.021(9)(b)(3), Florida Statutes (1999), a provision that, under certain circumstances, limits the liability of a motor vehicle owner who loans the vehicle to a permissive user.
