Cercone, J.:

On August 2, 1967, the 4-6 Club of Philadelphia was cited for violation of the Pennsylvania Liquor *521Code. The violation charged was that the Club “by its servants, agents or employes sold liqnor and/or malt or brewed beverages on the licensed premises to nonmembers, on September 17, 18, 24, 25, November 26, 27, 1966; March 21, April 1 and 2, 1967.”

A hearing was held by the Liquor Control Board on November 10, 1967, after which the Club’s license was revoked and bond forfeited, effective January 23, 1968.
