Plaintiffs are the son and daughters of David Wilcox, deceased, who died intestate in Batavia township, Branch county, on January 30, 1918. They filed this bill to set aside a deed of a 40-acre farm in said township given by him to defendants, his brother Griffin Wilcox and wife, in 1910, under an agreement that they would care for and support him during the remainder of his life. Deceased was then 64' years of age and a widower. He thereafter lived with them upon the land in controversy until his death.
