This was an action by the appellees against the appellants. The action was commenced and tried before a justice of the peace, who rendered a judgment for the appellants, from which judgment the appellees appealed to the court of common pleas. In the latter court, the cause was tried by a jury, and resulted in a verdict for the appellees. The court overruled a motion for a new trial, and rendered final judgment upon the verdict.
