INTRODUCTION
Before the Court is the cross motion (“Cross Motion”) of IDEA Boardwalk, LLC (“IDEA”), filed in connection with the Debtors’ prior motion to reject certain leases and executory contracts, in which IDEA seeks an order clarifying its rights under 11 U.S.C. § 365(h).
