In this judicial settlement proceeding petitioner has shown that there were in testatrix5 safe deposit box at her death four envelopes containing securities which belonged to the ■testatrix when placed in said envelopes. On each of the four envelopes testatrix had written something, hereinafter quoted, which has caused petitioner to ask the court to determine herein whether said securities belonged to testatrix at her death or in part to respondents.
