Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Williams, J.), entered August 25, 2004 in Saratoga County, which granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Flaintiff Nissette Gonzalez (hereinafter plaintiff) claims that she suffered serious injuries under Insurance Law § 5102 (d) *940when defendant Katharine L. Green’s vehicle struck the vehicle in which plaintiff was riding. Supreme Court granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and this appeal ensued.
