Thomas Conroy appeals the district court’s order continuing his civil commitment pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 4246 (2012). As set forth below, we affirm.

In March 2005, the United States District Court for the Central District of California found Conroy incompetent to stand trial on a charge of mailing a threatening communication, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 876(c) (2012).
