Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Rensselaer County) to review a determination of the State Liquor Authority which revoked petitioners’ on-premises liquor license.

On February 2, 1990 the State Liquor Authority instituted a proceeding to revoke petitioners’ liquor license because of improper conduct stemming from the fact that six months earlier petitioner Michael B.
