(After stating the foregoing facts.) The second special ground of the motion for a new trial is as follows: “The witness W. J. Eowan testified that he signed a blank note, there being no amount in the note and no payee. The purpose of this note was to act as a bond or security until the note signed by J. H. Anderson, J. D. Lovett, and J. H. Gary could be sued to judgment and made out of the property of J. E. Anderson. The court charged, ‘The defendants come into court and set up that they are not indebted to J. G.
