Campbell v. Union Savings & Investment Co.

The plaintiff brought this action in the district court of Weber county against the defendant pursuant to Comp. Laws Utah 1917, § 7247. In the complaint the plaintiff, in substance, alleged that she claimed fee-simple title to and was in possession of certain premises in Weber county, describing them; that the defendant claimed some estate or interest in said premises, and that said claim was without foundation.
