STEINFELD, Judge.
Sam D. Hinkle resides on New Seven Mile Road (State Highway 1506) in Shelby County, Kentucky about four miles south of Shelbyville. Across that road from his residence is land known as the Hedden-Reed tract. From time to time during the last seven years concurrently and separately a stone quarrying business and blacktop plant have been operated there. By this litigation Hinkle is seeking to prevent Proctor Bros, from operating a blacktop plant on the quarry property and Hedden-Reed Company from bringing on to that property, stone for the purpose of selling it to its…
