ORDER
GRANADE, Chief Judge.
This cause is before the court on the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge (Doc. 22) and the defendant’s objection thereto (Doc. 23). The Magistrate Judge “recommended that the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security, denying Plaintiffs claim for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income” be reversed and remanded. (Doc. 22 at 21).
