Mary Collins appeals an adverse judgment on her Title VII sexual harassment claim. At trial, she developed three theories in support of the claim — retaliation, hostile environment, and quid pro quo. The essence of her claim is that the executive Director of the Baptist Memorial Geriatric Center sexually harassed female employees and fired her for opposing the harassment.
