The appellant, Daniel Wayne Brand, is currently incarcerated in a Georgia state prison on a conviction for robbery by intimidation. He filed this petition for writ of habeas corpus challenging the constitutionality of his conviction alleging, inter alia, ineffective assistance of counsel.
