This is an appeal by the defendants from a final decree entered for the plaintiffs upon a bill in equity, brought by the plaintiffs to restrain the defendant corporation, the officers and members thereof, and one other, from representing the corporation to be, and from permitting it to act in and for and by the name of, the unincorporated plaintiffs’ organization, and for an accounting. This case and the case of The St. George Ladies Society vs. Hamaty et al. were sent to a master and were heard together. The master filed an extended report dealing fully with both cases.
