— In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of an automobile accident, defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Isseks, J.), dated April 4,1983, which granted plaintiff’s motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability and directed an assessment of damages. Order reversed, without costs or disbursements, and motion denied.
