In a proceeding pursuant to CFLR 3102 (c) to obtain preaction disclosure, the petitioner appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Giacomo, J.), entered November 26, 2012, which denied her motion for leave to renew her petition, which had been denied in an order of the same court entered July 6, 2012.

Ordered that the order entered November 26, 2012, is affirmed, with costs.
