Jeffrey McCabe (Mr. McCabe) and Jennifer McCabe (collectively, the McCabes) appeal from the York County Common Pleas Court’s (trial court) April 22, 2014, February 17, 2016 and April 15, 2016 orders granting Logans’ Reserve Homeowners’ Association’s (Association) partial summary judgment motion, denying the McCabes’ motion for continuance, and denying the McCabes’ post-trial relief motion.
