This litigation appears before us for the second time. In its first appearance in Professional Practices Comm. v. Brewer, 219 Ga. App. 730 (466 SE2d 651) (1995), we affirmed the trial court’s denial of defendants’ motion for summary judgment. We now affirm the trial court’s grant of defendants’ renewed summary judgment motion, for the reasons stated below.
