Appellant Rowse sued Pink L. Parrish and J. C. Woody to recover the sum of $2,175, alleged to be due him as commissions on the sale of certain real estate situated in Crosby county. Upon the death of Woody, appellant filed his second amended petition, making Mrs. Ettie M. Woody, the wife of J. C.
